WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Easton has clear criteria when selecting prospective development or acquisition projects.

The selection criteria for prospective construction projects include:

  • Potential qualification for Government subsidies identified and evaluated;
  • Full planning permission in place;
  • All environmental licensing secured;
  • An offer for Grid Connection received.

The selection criteria for prospective acquisition of energised installations include:

  • A minimum of six-months of energy production;
  • Successful application for and payment of subsidies, where appropriate;
  • All environmental licenses in place;
  • Full due diligence and data pack available.

The selection criteria for prospective construction projects include:
